RETURN POLICY

• You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cozyknitsets.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

HOW TO RETURN

• After contacting us, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
• Items returned must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGES

• The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
